1.我们先做黑巧克力松露,取黑巧克力90克、淡奶油60克、无盐黄油10克,全部放一个盆里,隔着热水,搅拌至所有原料融化均匀。

2.加入可可粉8克,搅拌均匀。

3.放凉后,放冰箱冷藏20分钟,使其有一点变硬,待会方便操作。

4.再做抹茶巧克力松露,取白巧克力90克、淡奶油30克、无盐黄油10克,全部放一个盆里,隔着热水,搅拌至所有原料融化均匀。

5.加入抹茶粉4克。

6.搅拌均匀。

8.准备一碗可可粉,用两个勺子交叉挖成小球,丢入可可粉中。

9.裹满粉后取出即可。

10.准备一碗抹茶粉,用两个勺子交叉挖成小球,丢入抹茶粉中。

11.裹满粉后取出即可。
